Where did I go wrong? The small tumbers are 2 1/2″ and the large is 5″, 2.5 + 2.5 = 5. All my blocks individually, fit together perfectly.

You would think it would add up but that would be to easy. I always say quilting is a challenge.
Exactly Marla, you would think it would fit but it doesn’t!! I’m going to remeasure the blocks. Quilting is a challenge but oh so rewarding in so many ways! Thanks for stopping by and commenting.

2.5 + 2.5 = 5, minus two 1/4″ seam allowances = 4.5
I’ll bet that’s the problem.
