Swooning the Cuckoo Clock

Fabrics: Hideaway Cuckoo Clock in sun by Lauren + Jessi Jung for Moda, Kona White, Punctuation Tutor Stripe in yellow by American Jane and Quilter’s Linen in grey by Robert Kaufman.

I’m expecting more Hideaway within the next two weeks and am debating on whether to use this as a mini quilt for my Covert Robin partner or make a full size quilt as a treat for myself. I really, really, really love this fabric, I’ve found an online shop which seems to have a lot of it. My plan is to deplete it’s stock, muhahaha!

DH are planning our second week in Germany, we’re going to rent a car and drive into the alps again, this time to Hallstatt on the Austrian side. The scenery is truly stunning and purported to be the oldest settlement in Europe. Hallstatt is known for it’s salt production and salt mines dating back to 5500 BC. I just know that it’s going to be one of those places so beautiful that I’ll start crying. Yeah, I’m sucky that way.
