New photo studio

My husband has decided to ramp up his photography from a hobby to a profession and I am grateful to be a recipient of his talents and pro gear!

There’s a little more gear to purchase like a 9 foot paper background, stands and reflectors but he’s getting there! All photos (c)

I’m working on bowling bag pattern, just waiting for the hardware to finish, coming soon!

  1. You are lucky to have him do your pictures. The do look so good. I love Jannelle patterns. I was able to be a pattern tester on her bowling bag. I had lots of fun with that one. You have such a great collection of fabric for your bags and quilts. What type of fabric are you using for the bowling bag? I haven’t had a chance to make the wallet yet.

  2. You wouldn’t happen to know of a pattern for a zippered sewing kit would you? I’ve been looking for one and can’t find one. Love your bags! You do have the perfect fabrics for them.
Just a little jealous of the photo studio. šŸ˜‰

    • I don’t but it would be relatively easy to figure out. I’d draw a square first then round the corners with a glass, cut a strip of fabric however tall you want your sewing box. I’d use two zippers attached at the back of the basket and maybe use velcro to create adjustable separaters. Experiment with your least favorite fabric and have fun!

    • Thanks Kathleen, I used new denim and after sewing together the shell, bleached it. I love lots of zippers so I added a second zipper pocket on the outside of the bag.

  3. Wow! I am so delighted that you’ve got two gorgeous items there, using my patterns. That Steph bag is gorgeous! Love the zipper addition too. I think I might have to mail all of my bags to you so hubby can take pictures šŸ˜‰ !!
